
HOW DOES OUR CURBSIDE VALET WORK?
STEP 1: Make a reservation online by completing the prompts on the form and completing an advance payment. Reservations must be made at least 12 hours in advance.
STEP 2: You'll receive an email confirmation that details your order information, curbside drop-off and pickup location, as well as the name and picture of your valet driver.
STEP 3: On the day of your drop-off, you'll receive a confirmation text that recaps your drop-off location. The valet will meet you, where they will take pictures of the vehicle along with the current mileage. Finally, the valet will ask for a selfie photo with the customer, that is filed in our database.
STEP 4: On the day of pickup, you'll receive a text message that recaps your pickup location and your assigned valet. Your valet will arrive to the location to handover the keys to your vehicle and wish you a great day.

IS THERE A TIPPING POLICY TO ADHERE TO?
Tipping is not required, but we do recommend tipping the valet driver if you are satisfied with the service. Also, keep in mind that the Jourver who valets your car when you arrive at the airport might not be the same one when you depart.
Yes. All valet drivers receive drug screening, a criminal background check, and have been screened for the global terror watch list. Additionally, all drivers have a clean driving record and complete monthly driver assessments.
WHERE WILL MY CAR BE PARKED?
Yes, we provide curbside valet services to all our patrons.
All vehicles will be transferred to a secure parking facility near the airport. They will be parked outdoors, either covered or within a fully enclosed, climate-controlled space and offering extra-wide parking spots.
HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY RESERVATION?
IS THE AIRPORT AFFILIATED WITH THE VALET SERVICE?
Maintain the reservation if any adjustments are made within a 12-hour window that doesn't impact your arrival date. However, if your arrival date needs to change, please cancel the current request and create a new one for the updated date.
ARE THERE ANY LATE FEES APPLIED IF I AM LATE FOR PICKUP OR DROP-OFF?
No, the curbside valet service is a privately owned and operated company managed by AbovePar Valet Services.
IS THE SERVICE INSURED?
Should any guests be more than 30 minutes late within requesting a change in their reservation, a late fee of $50 will be applied to your account.
Yes, we carry garage keepers and general liability insurance coverages.
